PRIVACY POLICY

SpotterCall is built by Franco LLC (Madison, Mississippi). We built it for shooters, and we treat your data the way we'd want ours treated: we don't collect it, we don't sell it, and we don't track you.
SpotterCall works without an account. Your rifle profiles, ballistic data, and settings live on your device. We don't have servers that store your personal information, and we don't want them.
SpotterCall listens for voice commands when you activate it. Speech recognition happens on your device or through Apple's built-in speech service, under Apple's privacy terms — your audio is never sent to Franco LLC, and we never store it. When the app speaks a firing solution back to you, the text of that call (for example, "Up 4.4") is sent to our text-to-speech provider to generate audio. That text contains no personal information, no location, and no identifiers — it's a number and a hold.
If you enable weather fallback, the app uses your device's location to fetch current atmospheric conditions (temperature, pressure, humidity) from a weather service. Coordinates are used only to answer that request and are not stored by us or linked to you.
If you pair a Kestrel meter or wind sensor, that data flows directly from the sensor to your device over Bluetooth. It never touches our servers.
Rifle profiles, ammunition data, trueing results, and shot logs are stored locally on your device. CSV exports go where you send them. We can't see them.
If the app crashes, anonymized crash diagnostics may be sent to us via Apple and our crash reporting service so we can fix bugs. Crash data is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking or advertising.
No ads. No analytics that track you across apps. No selling or sharing of data. No accounts, so nothing to breach.
SpotterCall is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the effective date.
